Site Reliability Engineer

Overview

Site Reliability Engineer responsible for availability, performance, resilience, and regulatory reliability of digital banking and financial services platforms.

What you'll do

• Define and maintain SLOs, error budgets, and reliability targets.
• Own build, test, and deployment pipelines across staging, UAT, and production.
• Design CI/CD automation and enforce version control policies.
• Engineer zero-downtime deployments and low-impact change strategies.
• Maintain rollback, failover, and disaster recovery runbooks.
• Conduct incident reviews and improve automation, standardization, and observability.
• Report reliability metrics, risks, and incident trends to stakeholders.

What you'll need

• 5–7 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering.
• Experience in financial services or fintech.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, AWS or Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in Python or Bash scripting.
• Experience with Terraform or Ansible and observability tools.
• Experience maintaining reliability for transaction systems, mobile banking, or payment gateways.
