Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) – Cloud Platform

Overview

Serve as a Site Reliability Engineer for a mission-critical cloud platform, improving reliability, scalability, observability, security, and production operations.

What you'll do

• Improve the reliability, availability, performance, and scalability of cloud services.
• Manage infrastructure with Terraform and Ansible.
• Run and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes using Harness.
• Design and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability with CloudWatch and related tools.
• Automate deployments, upgrades, onboarding, and incident response.
• Handle incidents and lead post-incident improvements.
• Develop standards, runbooks, and reusable SRE patterns.

What you'll need

• Hands-on AWS experience in production environments.
• Practical Kubernetes EKS and Docker experience.
• Experience with Terraform, Harness, and Ansible or similar tools.
• Understanding of monitoring and logging concepts, including metrics and alerts.
• Understanding of distributed systems and database technology, ideally Microsoft SQL Server.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across infrastructure, platform, and application layers.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in an SRE, DevOps, or production engineering role.
• Knowledge of IAM, networking, certificates, or SSO.
• Exposure to financial systems or other high-reliability environments.
