SoC Design Director

Overview

SoC Design Director to lead high-performance digital design for processor and peripheral connectivity solutions, from architecture through silicon bring-up.

What you'll do

• Design and implement high-performance RTL solutions including RTL development and synthesis.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on IP integration for processor IPs and peripherals.
• Own block-level and full-chip designs from architecture through GDS for nodes ≤ 16nm.
• Drive timing closure, verify completeness, and oversee pre- and post-silicon debug.
• Use Synopsys/Cadence and UVM-based verification flows to support first-pass silicon success.
• Implement processor- and peripheral-focused designs with boot process/firmware in mind.

What you'll need

• Minimum 15+ years of digital design experience focused on processor, peripherals, and full-chip implementation.
• Strong expertise in RTL development, synthesis, and timing closure.
• Experience with front-end design, gate-level simulations, and design verification.
• Hands-on processor IP experience with ARM/ARC.
• Experience with PCIe (stated as a must).
• Hands-on pre-silicon and post-silicon implementing peripherals for I2C/SPI/UART.
• Strong proficiency in SystemVerilog/Verilog and scripting (Python/Perl).
