Social Commerce Content Specialist

Overview

Social Commerce Content Specialist supporting Dyson Singapore’s social commerce content execution and optimization across TikTok Shop and other platforms.

What you'll do

• Plan weekly social commerce content and publishing schedules aligned to commercial and campaign requirements.
• Create end-to-end organic and commerce-native videos, including concepts, scripts, shot lists, editing, and captions/graphics.
• Repurpose global/regional assets into local social-native edits and maintain a structured content library.
• Execute reactive, trend-relevant content opportunities that fit Dyson product and brand standards.
• Track performance metrics like views, watch time, engagement, product clicks, and video-attributed GMV, then iterate based on results.
• Ensure content governance for brand, legal, product-claim, music-rights, and platform compliance.

What you'll need

• 1–2 years’ experience in short-form video, social content, creative production, or creator-led marketing.
• Social media-native portfolio demonstrating hooks, pacing, storytelling, product demonstration, and editing judgment.
• Ability to concept, script, shoot, and edit independently using tools such as CapCut and Premiere Pro (or equivalent).
• Curiosity and hands-on experience with AI content tools for testing new workflows.
• Strong attention to detail for product claims, captions, tagging, links, file management, and publishing accuracy.
• Ability to collaborate with employees, creators, experts, and stylists for efficient content capture.
