SOD Specialist

Overview

SoD Specialist role within ABB's Global Business Services (GBS) in Bangalore, reporting to the Global SoD Services Manager. The role covers user access management, segregation of duties risk analysis and management, SOX control performance, SAP role design, and user access review at a global level.

What you'll do

• Analyse Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts and suggest appropriate mitigation controls.
• Design new mitigation controls based on risk analysis.
• Manage customers, internal auditors and external auditors, including internal and external audit co-ordination.
• Perform user access reviews and SoD reviews, and work to eliminate or mitigate conflicts.
• Participate in IT governance and risk management, internal control reviews, SAP configuration reviews, change management, identity and access management review, and application and infrastructure security review.
• Handle user access provisioning, SAP role management, and global ruleset implementation and maintenance.
• Provide user support at a global level and communicate and cooperate daily with geographically distributed teams.
• Drive process improvements.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in SAP User Access Management / Segregation of Duties, GRC, or SAP Security.
• High level of knowledge of business and IT processes.
• Understanding of Segregation of Duties conflicts.
• Sound knowledge of the User Access Review process and SoD Review.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control Management (e.g. tool, t-code basics, object level value updates).

Nice to have

• Any other certification in a relevant field (e.g. SAP GRC, CISA, CISM) is an added advantage.
