- Guide and review detailed technical designs, configuration approaches, and integration specifications produced by project teams and partners.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership: troubleshoot complex issues across application, integration, and data layers; perform design and code reviews; mentor consultants.
- Define and champion reusable patterns, accelerators, and implementation best practices across InsuranceSuite implementations in the region.
- Collaborate with Product, R&D, and Cloud teams to provide field feedback, influence roadmap, and align customer solutions with Guidewire Cloud Platform capabilities.
- Proactively manage technical risks and non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, resilience, security) throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Contribute to estimation, scoping, and planning for proposals and delivery engagements, including effort, risk, and dependency assessment.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customer and partner technical leaders, facilitating architecture workshops and clearly documenting decisions and rationale.
