Software Developer - Network Automation

Overview

Software Developer - Network Automation to build network-centric applications and automation for production networks at scale.

What you'll do

• Support full lifecycle automated solutions for existing and new network technologies.
• Build network automation features across UI single-page applications.
• Develop and maintain microservices for network infrastructure support.
• Create and enhance gRPC and REST API endpoints and integrations.
• Build CI/CD pipelines and write automated tests.
• Resolve deployment and tooling outage events and participate in an on-call rotation.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in software development supporting production networks at scale.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
• Front-end framework experience including React/Next.js, Vue, Ember, or Lit.
• Experience developing internal tooling including API development and integration.
• Hands-on infrastructure-as-code experience with tools such as Python, Golang, Ansible, YAML, Netconf/YANG, Chef, or Terraform.
• Hands-on CI pipeline experience with CI tools such as Jenkins and Temporal.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
