Build the AI platform and distributed backend infrastructure that powers intelligent developer workflows across Adobe.
What you'll do
- Build core AI platform capabilities for intelligent developer workflows.
- Develop infrastructure for deploying, orchestrating, and managing AI agents and reusable skills.
- Build backend services for context management, agent orchestration, evaluation, observability, and runtime execution.
- Design reliable, low-latency systems for AI-powered developer interactions.
- Partner with product, research, and engineering teams to productionize AI capabilities.
- Drive architecture for agentic systems, retrieval, memory, and context management.
- Improve developer experience using LLMs, reasoning models, and AI engineering advances.
What you'll need
- 6+ years of experience building large-scale distributed systems.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar backend languages.
- Understanding of distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and backend services.
- Experience building scalable, highly available backend platforms.
- B.Tech, M.Tech, M.S. in Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Experience building LLM-powered or GenAI applications.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud infrastructure.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI agents, orchestration frameworks, MCP, RAG, context management, evaluation frameworks, or reasoning models.
- Familiarity with AI coding assistants and developer efficiency platforms.
- Experience building CI/CD platforms and developer infrastructure.
- Knowledge of Grafana, Splunk, New Relic, or similar monitoring platforms.
