Overview

Software Engineering Associate Advisor/Lead Analyst responsible for advanced application development and complex engineering assignments. The role designs, develops, tests, troubleshoots and supports enterprise application solutions, with leadership and mentoring responsibilities.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot application issues and resolve problems.
• Align engineering solutions with technology strategy and application requirements.
• Plan and implement procedures for application integration technologies.
• Design, configure and implement middleware products and applications.
• Monitor and manage supported assets for performance, availability, security and capacity.
• Lead team objectives and support junior professionals.
• Maximize the operational, performance and cost efficiency of application assets.

What you'll need

• 6–10 years of experience.
• Experience architecting, designing and developing large-scale enterprise application solutions.
• Expertise with Java, Spring Boot, React JS, OpenShift, AWS, REST APIs, microservices and Kafka.
• Experience with Oracle SQL, Jenkins, Git, MQ, JBoss AS, batch processing, Drools, rule engines and BAMOE.
• Bachelor's degree in a related technical or business area, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication, influencing, relationship management, time management and project management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum team leadership, continuous integration and behavior/test-driven development.

Details

• Location: Hyderabad, India.
• Full-time position.
• Working 45 hours per week.
• Work hours include 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM IST and expected IST overlap as appropriate.
