Software Engineer

Overview

Software Engineer for the property management system (PMS) team, improving features, stability, performance, and extensibility through modernization from a monolith to microservices.

What you'll do

• Add new features to the PMS.
• Keep the PMS stable and performant.
• Refactor the current monolith to improve extensibility and maintainability.
• Analyze the current monolith and design scalable microservices.
• Integrate microservices into existing architecture while maintaining high security and performance.
• Apply unit testing with TDD and BDD practices.
• Work autonomously from inception to completion of assigned projects.

What you'll need

• Unit Testing skills.
• Experience applying TDD and BDD.
• Production experience applying SOLID principles and software craftsmanship.
• Ability to deliver high-quality software.
• Comfort working autonomously on projects.
• Willingness to learn new technologies (languages, frameworks, or stack layers).
• Interest in exploring AI and agentic tooling.
