Software Engineer

Overview

Copeland is seeking a React / Next.js Full Stack Developer to design, develop and maintain modern, scalable and secure web applications for enterprise digital solutions.

What you'll do

• Design, develop and maintain modern, scalable and secure web applications.
• Work closely with Product Owners, UX Designers, Architects and Backend Developers to deliver enterprise-grade digital solutions that are responsive, accessible, performant and secure.
• Focus on code quality, user experience, application security and long-term maintainability.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience in React.js, Next.js and TypeScript.
• Experience converting Figma UX/UI designs into responsive React applications.
• Experience integrating with REST APIs and .NET Core backend services.
• Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT, API security and OWASP secure coding practices.
• Experience building scalable, accessible and high-performance enterprise web applications.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps/GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of Clean Code, SOLID principles, unit testing and modern software engineering practices.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Azure, APIM, C#, SQL Server, Tailwind/MUI, Docker.
