Software Engineer - AI/ML

Overview

Seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI agents for reasoning, planning, decision-making, and complex workflow execution.

What you'll do

• Design and develop agentic AI solutions using LLMs and multi-agent architectures.
• Build autonomous agents for task planning, tool calling, memory management, and workflow orchestration.
• Develop AI-powered applications using frameworks including LangChain and similar tools.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and cloud services.
• Implement RAG architectures with vector databases and embeddings.
• Optimize agent performance, scalability, response quality, and operational costs.
• Set up monitoring, observability, and governance mechanisms for AI solutions.

What you'll need

• 3 to 6 years of AI/ML and Generative AI experience.
• At least 2 years in AI/ML or Generative AI within 3 to 6 years of software development.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with commercial and open-source LLMs.
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or LlamaIndex.
• Expertise in RAG implementations, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
