Job description

Overview

Develop, configure, integrate, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable and secure implementations.

What you'll do

Design and implement ServiceNow solutions using platform best practices.
Customize applications with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.
Develop and maintain ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CSM, APO, MCO, Finance Management, and Employee Centre.
Build and support REST, SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub integrations.
Create workflows and perform ETL, transformation, and connector activities.
Test, debug, troubleshoot, and support platform upgrades, patches, and releases.
Gather requirements and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.

What you'll need

3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Strong JavaScript and REST/SOAP API integration experience.
Knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, CMDB, and ITSM.
Understanding of ACLs, roles, and security best practices.
Experience with Source-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, accounts payable, or accounts receivable lifecycles.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

ServiceNow CSA, CAD, or module-specific certifications.
Experience with ITOM, HRSD, Performance Analytics, and Reporting.
Knowledge of UI Builder, Service Portal, Workspace configuration, DevOps, CI/CD, or ATF.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and experience supporting global enterprise environments.
