Overview

Software Engineer focused on designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations.

What you'll do

Design and implement ServiceNow solutions using best practices.
Customize applications with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.
Develop and maintain ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM, APO, MCO, Finance Management, and Employee Centre.
Build and support REST, SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub integrations.
Create workflows and manage Flow Designer, ETL, DataFabric, and Zero Copy Connectors.
Test, debug, troubleshoot, and support platform upgrades, patches, and releases.
Gather requirements and collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders.

What you'll need

At least 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Strong JavaScript and REST/SOAP API integration skills.
Knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture.
Experience with Source-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, accounts payable, or accounts receivable lifecycles.
Familiarity with CMDB, ITSM, ACLs, roles, and security best practices.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

ServiceNow CSA, CAD, CSM, ITSM, or MCO certifications.
Experience with ITOM, HRSD, Performance Analytics, Reporting, UI Builder, Service Portal, or Workspace configuration.
Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, ATF, ITIL processes, cloud platforms, or global enterprise environments.
