Overview
Software Engineer (Frameworks) to lead testing and validation for Ethernovia’s safety-critical software systems.
What you'll do
- Design, implement, enhance, and run test cases.
- Create and execute test plans and test tools.
- Collaborate with design and hardware validation teams.
- Automate testing and process test results.
- Identify issues and maintain documentation.
- Present testing outcomes to support customer deliverables.
What you'll need
- Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/Software or related field.
- Have 3 years work experience for a mid-level position or 7 years for a senior-level position.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (architecture, implementation, testing fundamentals).
- Proficiency in Python with a minimum of 2 years experience.
- Experience with integration and testing of open-source middleware, libraries, and drivers.
- Experience building test infrastructure and test utilities.
- Experience with automation, continuous integration, and dev-ops tools like Jenkins.
Nice to have
- Experience validating software or hardware products.
- Experience in an automotive validation environment.
- Experience with Functional Safety.
- Experience with databases like SQL.
- Experience with C/C++.
- Integration with JIRA and Confluence; version control tools like Perforce/Git.
- Exposure to meta languages like JSON and XML.
- Experience with networking testing tools like IXIA.
- Experience with automated test tools and platforms like TestRail.

- Multiple positions in Pune, India.
- Remote working considered case-by-case; willingness to locate to Pune is highly desirable.
