Software Engineer III

Overview

Software Engineer III for the Digital Banking team, designing and building end-to-end features to improve client customer experiences in an Agile environment.

What you'll do

• Implement features and deliver production-ready code.
• Create technical documentation, system diagrams, and debugging reports.
• Conduct performance optimizations and monitor key metrics.
• Participate in agile planning with technical insights and feasibility analysis.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and Engineers to translate needs into features and solutions.
• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain software solutions and run agile events.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of software development experience using Java.
• Strong data structures, algorithms, and concurrent programming foundation.
• Experience designing and troubleshooting transactional systems.
• Experience with microservices architecture and Java EE/Spring Boot/Spring Cloud.
• Experience with data stores and tooling including Hibernate, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Git, and IntelliJ IDEA.
• Experience in cloud environments and Agile development.
• Ability to translate user stories into scalable, user-centric solutions.
