Software Engineer III

Overview

Software Engineer III responsible for delivering production-quality software features and components. The role focuses on building maintainable, secure, reliable systems and supporting engineering quality and operational health.

What you'll do

• Build secure, resilient, extensible software following Secure SDLC practices.
• Implement well-defined requirements as working software features.
• Write unit and integration tests and support deployment confidence.
• Use logs, monitoring, and metrics to diagnose service issues.
• Participate in incident response and post-incident reviews.
• Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational knowledge.
• Review code, share knowledge, and begin mentoring junior engineers where appropriate.

What you'll need

• Typically 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience contributing to production software systems.
• Experience working in Agile cross-functional product teams.
• Proficiency in .NET/C#; Java or Node.js is also accepted.
• Familiarity with SQL and data skills.
• Understanding of system design, domain modelling, SOLID, design patterns, and API design.
• Experience with CI/CD, cloud and DevOps practices, preferably AWS.
