Software Engineer, Professional I

Overview

Software engineer role maintaining sustaining engineering velocity by debugging driver, kernel-level and AOSP stack issues and resolving high-priority customer escalations for key enterprise accounts.

What you'll do

• Source, analyse and execute code fixes for priority Android OS BSP and driver-level issues.
• Actively manage and resolve customer escalations within strict SLA limits to maintain customer satisfaction among top-tier accounts.
• Participate in the weekly SPR cadence to ensure critical account SLAs remain compliant.
• Work on developing the ECRT Developer Workbench and other tools, including Triage Kit, Zresolve, Arrest, Arrival, Customer Health, and Engineering Design Feedback.

What you'll need

• BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, ECE or Information Science.
• At least 6 months of experience in Android OS BSP development or designing embedded system architecture.

Nice to have

• In-depth knowledge of industry trends, customer challenges, and competitive landscape.
• Understands policies and practices related to role and shares ideas for improvement.
