Software Engineer (Unity)

Overview

Software Engineer (Unity) role on the Royal Lounge Casino team in Bangalore, focused on implementing game functionality and collaborating with designers and artists on mobile games.

What you'll do

• Implement game functionality based on design documents and specifications.
• Provide input on design and architecture with development best practices in mind.
• Communicate with team members to set up a pipeline and integrate art assets aligned to the game roadmap.
• Work with game designers and artists to enable in-game creativity.
• Provide regular feedback to the project lead on implementation issues and improvement opportunities.
• Suggest and implement best solutions across development and game systems.
• Address bugs and technical issues for subsequent releases and maintain technical documentation.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of experience with Mobile/Unity3D platform and ecosystem.
• Strong C# programming and ability to solve logical problems.
• Good knowledge of computer science fundamentals and concepts.
• Ability to write well-structured, optimal, maintainable quality code.
• Basic understanding of programming best practices.
• Experience using version control systems like Git.
• Experience debugging and profiling with tools and a familiarity with build systems.
