Software Engineer – Workday Studio, EIB

Overview

Workday Developer role focused on Talent Management. You will translate business requirements into program designs and deliver Workday code modules and solutions.

What you'll do

• Translate business requirements and functional specifications into logical program designs.
• Develop, configure, or modify integrated business and/or enterprise application solutions.
• Configure and maintain Workday Talent Management modules to align with organizational goals.
• Work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to communicate project statuses and proposals.
• Analyze configuration and troubleshoot Workday functionalities to support Talent Management processes.
• Support Talent Management data integrity and compliance through Workday solutions.

What you'll need

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Workday development.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM and exposure to the HR Talent Management module and Workday Integrations.
• Experience with Workday Calculated Fields, Report Writer, Core Connectors, EIB, Workday Studio, and BIRT.
• Good understanding of XML, XSLT, XPath, REST, and SOAP web services.
• Exposure to developing, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting Workday integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems (CIS), or related field (or equivalent experience in lieu).
