Workday Integrations Manager (Architect Level)

Overview

Workday Integrations Manager (Architect Level) responsible for end-to-end Workday integration architecture and hands-on leadership for complex integrations.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end integration architecture across Workday HCM, Financials, and third-party systems.
• Define integration strategy and patterns using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs, and middleware.
• Lead solution design workshops to translate business requirements into technical architectures.
• Design and build complex integrations including transformations, orchestration, and data mapping.
• Perform design reviews and govern integration quality (error handling, performance, security compliance).
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production integration issues and failures.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 12+ years of enterprise technology consulting experience.
• 8+ years in Workday ecosystem with deep specialization in integrations.
• Expert proficiency in Workday Studio, Core Connectors (including PECI, PICOF, Benefits), and EIB (inbound/outbound).
• Expert proficiency in Workday APIs (SOAP/REST) and web services.
• Strong experience with data transformation (XML/XSLT, JSON) and integration architecture patterns.
• Current Workday Integration certification required.
