Salesforce Technical Lead

Overview

Lead the design, development, integration, security, monitoring, and support of enterprise Salesforce solutions across CRM, data, analytics, and AI platforms.

What you'll do

• Lead requirements sessions and present scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Design, develop, configure, test, and deploy Salesforce capabilities.
• Design and maintain security, access control, and governance models.
• Drive technical designs and document scalable, secure solution decisions.
• Establish monitoring, alerting, logging, and incident response practices.
• Develop integrations with enterprise systems including SAP platforms.
• Manage Salesforce DevOps, releases, testing, and deployment governance.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in enterprise environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, triggers, and asynchronous processing.
• Expertise in Salesforce configuration, automation, reporting, dashboards, and business process setup.
• Experience with Salesforce security, access control, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Splunk or similar observability tools for Salesforce.
• Experience with Data Cloud, CRM Analytics, Salesforce AI, integrations, and CI/CD practices.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Administrator, Platform App Builder, or related certifications.
