Specialist IS Engineer - System Implementation & Development

Overview

Specialist IS Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications and solutions to meet business needs, with a focus on Clinical Risk Based Monitoring (RBM) / Risk Based Quality Management (RBQM) system implementation.

What you'll do

• Participate in technical discussions related to Risk Based Quality Management systems within the CT OSE product team.
• Own complex software projects from conception through deployment.
• Build technical solutions according to implementation project plans with product team and business partners.
• Develop front-end and back-end features and integrations using cloud technology and generative AI.
• Conduct user acceptance testing with the customer, coordinating feedback and resolving issues.
• Define architecture footprints (business, logical, integration, security, infrastructure) and maintain related documentation.
• Perform code reviews and identify/fix technical bugs and issues within deadlines.

What you'll need

• Have 8–12 years of experience in computer science (Master’s or Bachelor’s required).
• Have strong hands-on experience in application/system integrations and backend development.
• Be able to rapidly prototype and translate concepts into working code.
• Know scripting and querying tools including Python and SQL.
• Be familiar with markup formats XML and JSON.
• Have experience with integration tools and APIs (e.g., MuleSoft, APIs).
• Have Agile/Scrum experience delivering iterative improvements.
