Engineering Manager, Member Accession Marketing

Overview

Engineering Manager for Member Accession Marketing, leading delivery of Tide’s onboarding platform across major global markets.

What you'll do

• Lead engineering delivery for the onboarding platform powering member sign-ups, verification, and initial account setup.
• Own technical direction and execution of systems that enable friction-free onboarding.
• Build scalable, compliant, and extensible capabilities to support international expansion and evolving regulatory needs.
• Manage and develop engineers, setting technical standards and driving continuous operational improvement.
• Partner with Product and business stakeholders to translate global accession strategy into platform solutions.
• Collaborate with KYX, IAM, MEM, Finance, Marketing, and Compliance teams to deliver localized onboarding.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of experience building server-side applications.
• Detailed knowledge of Java.
• Backend framework knowledge (e.g., Spring/Spring Boot).
• Experience running microservices and implementing/consuming RESTful APIs.
• Ability to engineer scalable and reliable solutions in a cloud-native environment.
• Full ownership of code and technical solutions across development to production lifecycle.
