Overview

Lead the architecture, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale Java full-stack applications and cloud-native financial systems. Guide engineering squads and collaborate with product, business, architecture, and operations stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end technical solution architecture for scalable and fault-tolerant systems.
• Lead Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and modern frontend engineering.
• Drive cloud migration, containerization, Kubernetes, and high-availability deployments.
• Design REST, GraphQL, gRPC, and event-driven integration solutions.
• Lead data architecture, persistence, caching, and query optimization.
• Champion CI/CD, automated testing, security scanning, and observability.
• Mentor engineers and communicate architecture, risks, and trade-offs to stakeholders.

What you'll need

• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 3+ years in a Technical Lead or Principal Engineering capacity.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or large-scale enterprise environments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related computing or information technology field.
• Expertise with Java 17/21, Spring Boot, microservices, and Hibernate.
• Experience with React or Angular, TypeScript, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of Kafka or equivalent messaging, databases, security, testing, and observability tools.
