Engineering Manager, Member Accession Marketing

Overview

Engineering Manager for Tide’s Member Accession Marketing (MAM) engineering group, leading engineering delivery for onboarding and member sign-ups across major global markets.

What you'll do

• Lead engineering delivery for the onboarding platform across the UK, India, Germany, and France.
• Own technical direction and execution for systems powering member sign-ups, verification, and initial account setup.
• Build scalable, compliant, and extensible capabilities to accelerate international expansion.
• Manage and develop a team of engineers, setting technical standards and driving operational improvement.
• Partner with Product and business stakeholders to translate accession strategy into platform solutions.
• Collaborate with KYX, IAM, MEM, Finance, Marketing, and Compliance to deliver secure, frictionless, localized onboarding.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of experience building server-side applications.
• Detailed knowledge of Java.
• Sound knowledge of a backend framework such as Spring/Spring Boot.
• Experience running microservices and implementing/consuming RESTful APIs.
• Experience engineering scalable and reliable solutions in a cloud-native environment.
• Sound knowledge and experience working with relational databases.
