Engineering Manager, Member Accession Marketing

Overview

Engineering Manager for Member Accession Marketing, leading engineering delivery of an onboarding platform used for friction-free member sign-ups, verification, and initial account setup across major markets.

What you'll do

• Lead engineering delivery for the onboarding platform across the UK, India, Germany, and France.
• Own technical direction and execution for systems powering member sign-ups, verification, and initial account setup.
• Build scalable, compliant, extensible capabilities to support international expansion and evolving regulatory needs.
• Manage and develop engineers, setting technical standards and promoting technical rigor, ownership, and operational improvement.
• Partner with Product and business stakeholders to translate accession strategy into reliable platform solutions.
• Collaborate with KYX, IAM, MEM, Finance, Marketing, and Compliance teams to deliver secure, localized onboarding.

What you'll need

• 10+ years building server-side applications.
• Detailed knowledge of Java.
• Backend framework knowledge (e.g., Spring/Spring Boot).
• Experience running microservices and implementing/consuming RESTful APIs.
• Experience building scalable, reliable solutions in a cloud-native environment.
• Relational database knowledge and experience.
