Workday Integration Developer – Extend & AI/GenAI

Overview

Workday Integration Developer responsible for designing, building, testing, and supporting enterprise-scale Workday integrations and Workday Extend applications across the global HR technology landscape, including AI/GenAI-driven automation use cases.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday APIs.
• Develop and support Workday Extend applications and orchestration-based workflows.
• Build and maintain REST/SOAP integrations and web services.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Provide ongoing technical support for integrations and Extend solutions.
• Support integrations across HCM domains including Core HCM, Payroll, Absence, Time & Labor, and Compensation.
• Participate in AI/GenAI-driven automation use cases and Copilot-enabled integrations.

What you'll need

• Workday Certification (Integration and/or Extend) – mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Extend, Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
• Experience with Workday Orchestration Framework.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, WSDL, and web services integration.
• Strong understanding of Workday architecture.
• Experience with AI/GenAI, automation, or Copilot integrations.
