Overview

Sr. Application Support Engineer on the production support team, ensuring stable operation of corporate superannuation fund technology services.

What you'll do

• Respond to incidents for production-hosted environments.
• Monitor production systems, resolve incidents, and perform root cause analysis.
• Support and execute deployments and configuration changes in production and non-production.
• Coordinate service restoration and delivery with operations, business teams, delivery teams, and external vendors.
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, fixes, and operational procedures and identify process improvements.
• Troubleshoot complex application, database, and system integrations.

What you'll need

• IT degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience supporting enterprise application environments.
• Solid understanding of DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering practices.
• Working knowledge of SDLC principles and methodologies.
• Familiarity with ITIL based processes and systems.
• Proficiency in C#, Python, Bash/Shell, and MS SQL for development and debugging.
• Understanding of infrastructure hosted on GCP.
