MES Engineer

Overview

MES Engineer (MES Manager) to lead end-to-end delivery, operations, and transformation of Manufacturing Execution Systems.

What you'll do

• Lead MES deployments across new fabs, expansions, and upgrades including planning and production cutover.
• Define MES architecture, standards, and scalability across sites.
• Own go-live readiness, roadmap, and continuous enhancements including system integrations.
• Manage MES production support, including 24x7 operations, incident/problem management, and RCA.
• Lead critical downtime events and factory escalations to reduce business impact.
• Build and lead the MES team and drive improvements in manufacturing KPIs.
• Collaborate with business, IT, and vendors and provide leadership updates on performance and risks.

What you'll need

• 10–15 years of experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems or related domain.
• Programming knowledge in C#, Python, SQL, and web technologies.
• Experience delivering at least one full MES implementation lifecycle.
• Understanding of integrations with Equipment, ERP/SAP, SPC, and data platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech or equivalent).
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Exposure to IoT, automation, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
