Overview
Senior Workday Integration Developer role focused on techno-functional leadership and solution architecture for Workday implementations.
What you'll do
- Lead technical architecture and solution design for Workday implementations.
- Drive Workday development, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
- Build and support Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, connectors, APIs, and file-based methods.
- Configure Workday business processes, validations, approvals, and related setups.
- Develop Workday reporting including Advanced/Matrix/Composite and calculated fields and dashboards.
- Conduct technical and code reviews and set development standards and deployment practices.
What you'll need
- Minimum 8+ years of enterprise application/HR technology experience.
- Significant hands-on experience implementing and supporting Workday.
- Hands-on Workday development skills including Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Web Services, and REST/SOAP.
- Understanding of Workday HCM processes, data model, security, reporting, and integration architecture.
- Experience across Workday functional areas including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Compensation, Time Tracking, Absence, and Talent.
- Experience designing complex Workday integrations with external enterprise systems.
- Experience with Workday security, including domain security and business process security.
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile delivery, change management, testing, release management, and production support.
Nice to have
- Workday certifications in relevant Integration, HCM, Reporting, Security, or functional areas.
- Experience with Workday Extend and Workday Orchestrate.
- Experience integrating Workday via enterprise integration platforms/middleware.
