Sr Associate Technical Consultant

Overview

Sr Associate Technical Consultant in Workday’s Financial Systems Integration team, helping bring Workday Finance integrations to life.

What you'll do

• Build, test, and support integrations connecting Workday Financial Management with other systems.
• Develop and deploy Workday Finance integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and web services.
• Support data mapping, transformation, testing, and reconciliation for integration deliverables.
• Gather requirements with customers and vendors and translate them into technical integration solutions.
• Troubleshoot integration issues during implementation and escalate complex issues to senior consultants.
• Create and maintain integration design and technical documentation.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of experience in technical implementation or integration development (Workday experience a plus), or a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with EIBs, Core Connectors, XML, XSLT, or REST/SOAP web services.
• Foundational understanding of Finance processes including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, or Accounts Receivable.
• Ability to learn new integration tools and apply them to solve Finance integration challenges.
• Skills in requirements gathering and translating business needs into technical specifications.
• Clear communication skills for explaining technical concepts to technical and non-technical colleagues.

• Location: Pune, India.
• Flexible work: at least 50% of time each quarter in the office or in the field; otherwise remote/home office with optional office visits for important moments.
