Software Engineering & Development, Assistant Manager

Overview

Salesforce Developer role focused on platform development, customization and integration, working with Business Analysts, Project Managers, Administrators and stakeholders to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, test and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex Classes and Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce.
• Build custom objects, fields, validation rules, flows and automation processes.
• Develop reusable and scalable components following Salesforce best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Perform code reviews and maintain development standards.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events and External Services.
• Support data migration and integration activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end solution delivery.
• Implement Salesforce security best practices, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Role Hierarchies and Field-Level Security.
• Ensure solutions comply with organizational security and governance standards.
• Participate in requirement gathering and technical design discussions.
• Work closely with QA teams during SIT, UAT and production validation.
• Provide technical support and mentorship to junior team members.
• Maintain technical documentation and deployment artifacts.

What you'll need

• Strong hands-on experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Apex Development, Apex Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flow and Lightning Experience.
• Experience with Salesforce deployment and release management.
• Knowledge of the Salesforce security model.
• Experience in troubleshooting and performance optimization.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I and II Certification (mandatory).
• Minimum 6+ years of Salesforce development project experience.
• Experience working on enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce development lifecycle and best practices.
