Software Engineering Senior Analyst - HIH - Evernorth

Overview

Provide advanced professional input to complex Application Development assignments and projects, designing, coding, testing and debugging programs with a high degree of autonomy, and supporting and directing more junior professionals.

What you'll do

• Participate in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Align engineering solutions with the Technology strategy and support the application's requirements.
• Plan and implement procedures to maximize engineering and operating efficiency for application integration technologies.
• Take accountability for the technology assets owned by the team.
• Provide leadership to the team to achieve design, configuration, implementation of middleware products and application design and development within the supported technologies and products.
• Proactively monitor and manage the design of supported assets, assuring performance, availability, security, and capacity.
• Maximize the efficiency (operational, performance, and cost) of the application assets.

What you'll need

• 3-5 years of experience.
• Proven experience with architecture, design, and development of large-scale enterprise application solutions.
• College degree (Bachelor) in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience.
• Required skills: Java Developer - Spring boot, React JS, Openshift, AWS, RestAPI, Microservices, Kafka, Oracle SQL, Jenkins, Orchestrator, Git, MQ, JBOSS AS, Batch processing, Drools, Rule engine, BAMOE.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
• Strong influencing/negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal/relationship management skills.
• Strong time and project management skills.
• Familiarity with agile methodology including SCRUM team leadership.
• Familiarity with modern delivery practices such as continuous integration, behavior/test driven development, and specification by example.

Details

• Location: Hyderabad, India.
• Full-time position, working 45 hours per week.
• Hours of work: 11:30 AM IST to 8:30 PM IST, with expected overlap with IST hours as appropriate.
