Overview

Software Engineering Technical Leader role focused on defining architecture for agentic AI and AI-driven network validation and automation capabilities.

What you'll do

• Define and drive architecture for AI decision systems and agentic AI platforms.
• Establish technical direction for agent architectures, MCP/A2A integrations, and agent routing.
• Lead tool orchestration, workflow execution, approval-gated actions, and distributed event-driven systems.
• Guide architecture across backend services, APIs, databases, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, observability, and production operations.
• Provide technical leadership for complex, ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives.
• Mentor senior engineers and technical leads while influencing engineering standards and platform evolution.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience building complex backend/distributed/automation/platform systems.
• Experience with one or more technologies including Python, Go, Rust, TypeScript, React, Node.js, .NET, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka.
• 3+ years designing distributed systems using APIs, databases, event-driven architectures, workflow systems, or cloud-native technologies.
• 2+ years hands-on experience developing or architecting Generative AI/LLM/Agentic AI/MCP/A2A/AI-enabled automation systems.
• 4+ years of experience with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, cloud platforms, and production software operations.
• Experience architecting advanced multi-agent architectures and durable workflows.
• Experience architecting MCP and A2A systems including tool schemas, authentication, context propagation, streaming, approval gates, and auditability.
