Overview

Remote Software QA Engineer (Manual) focused on enterprise integrations. You will validate front-end, back-end, and endpoint functionality, define testing best practices, and partner with product and development to improve requirements and quality across releases.

What you'll do

• Validate front-end, back-end, and endpoint functionality across product components.
• Define testing best practices and act as a domain expert for product testing.
• Establish and maintain test environments and assets for supported configurations and endpoints.
• Review requirements and designs with Product Management and Development, providing feedback to identify bugs and improvements.
• Design and execute comprehensive end-to-end test strategies with risk-based coverage.
• Write high-quality bug reports and define quality metrics and dashboards.

What you'll need

• 8+ years in Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering.
• Experience designing and executing end-to-end test strategies for front-end and backend systems.
• Ability to build, configure, and maintain stable, production-like test environments.
• Experience working in Scrum/Agile teams and influencing acceptance criteria and testability.
• Skilled at testing SaaS/iPaaS and cloud-based systems across Windows and Linux, including Docker/Kubernetes deployments.
• Experience validating REST/SOAP APIs and testing integrations with databases and CRM/ERP systems.

Nice to have

• Test automation experience using TypeScript or Python.
• Experience leveraging AI tools for test generation, code quality, analysis, or productivity.
