Software Test Automation Engineer (Mandatory - JavaScript, BDD, Cucumber, Testcafe)

Overview

Software Test Automation Engineer working as an individual contributor in an agile product development team to design, implement, and maintain automated testing.

What you'll do

• Develop and automate functional tests for the product.
• Contribute to test case identification and required testing documentation.
• Assess current automation coverage and suggest ways to increase it.
• Maintain and update automated tests as the application changes.
• Extend and enhance automation frameworks and build end-to-end automation (UI, service layer, API, integration, performance).
• Execute manual and exploratory testing and report results on a defined schedule.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of automation test experience using JavaScript and test frameworks like Quest, Jest, and TestCafe.
• Strong object-oriented programming, design, and debugging skills.
• Experience in manual testing.
• Strong experience in API automation testing and framework building.
• Strong knowledge of integration tests and UI tests.
• Experience with SQL programming and database technologies.

• Must be self-motivated and take initiative in performing tasks and growing skills and knowledge.
• Proficient creating scripts using reusable methods.
