Solution Architect

Overview

Support managed services clients across enterprise infrastructure engagements through technical scoping, solution design, and project delivery. Advise customers and delivery teams on infrastructure solutions, best practices, and technology planning.

What you'll do

• Scope pre- and post-sales infrastructure, software platform, and migration engagements.
• Design and deliver solutions across virtualization, servers, storage, databases, networks, and enterprise platforms.
• Own projects from solution design through delivery.
• Lead datacenter, disaster recovery, and cloud migration initiatives.
• Define project tasks, estimates, sequencing, timelines, and priorities.
• Maintain architecture standards, runbooks, and documentation.
• Identify automation and AI workflow opportunities for infrastructure operations.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Deep knowledge of VMware/vSphere, server hardware, SAN, and enterprise virtualization.
• Advanced Unix/Linux and Windows Server administration knowledge.
• Working knowledge of firewalls, load balancers, VLANs, and routing.
• Basic understanding of Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience developing automation for technical processes.
• U.S. citizenship and U.S. residency.
