Solutions Architect - China

Overview

Solutions Architect for China, the first solutions architect ClickHouse is hiring to help build out its China user and customer community. The role is remote, but the final candidate must be located in Beijing or Shanghai.

What you'll do

• Translate complex business and technological requirements into solution designs, including data visualization, workflow recommendations, migrations, and enterprise-scale architecture.
• Work directly with customers at every layer of their organization, from C-suite to data scientists and developers, and act as a trusted advisor for users.
• Articulate and evangelize the vision and positioning of the company and its products, and secure strategic commercial commitments.
• Use a solution-based approach to selling and creating value for customers.
• Identify and drive new initiatives that enable customers to turn their data into actionable business value, aligned with their business outcomes.
• Work with partners to help scale the business and build a strong technical ecosystem supporting customers in the region.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of experience at a minimum with Open Source Software business models.
• Proficiency in Cloud, Infrastructure software and OLAP.
• Experience with scalable and highly available distributed systems.
• Experience creating POCs and reference implementations.
• Fluency in English and Chinese.

Nice to have

• Experience deploying applications with any of the major cloud providers.
• Experience with OLAP database programming and data models.
• Experience with Alibaba Cloud as a GTM partner.
