Overview
Solutions Architect in Customer Success (US, Remote) responsible for ensuring customers achieve measurable outcomes from AI observability investments.
What you'll do
- Drive successful customer onboarding by architecting and implementing onboarding solutions.
- Serve as the trusted technical partner guiding DS/ML teams through the AI observability journey.
- Lead ongoing technical engagements, including roadmap discussions, QBRs, and escalation management.
- Build customer confidence by mastering the platform and helping operationalize observability best practices.
- Deliver seamless integrations by writing custom integration code connecting Fiddler to customer data ecosystems.
- Accelerate adoption by building integration patterns to reduce time-to-value.
- Identify expansion opportunities to support renewals and growth.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (AI/ML focus), Statistics, Mathematics, or related field with 5-7+ years of professional experience.
- 2+ years deploying, monitoring, or maintaining ML models in production environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities for technical and executive audiences.
- Strong organizational and project management skills across multiple customer engagements.
- Demonstrated collaboration across Product, Engineering, and Delivery to drive customer outcomes.
- Customer-first mindset with empathy, curiosity, and ownership for delivering value.
Nice to have
- Understanding of data science concepts, model interpretability, and explainability techniques.
- Working knowledge of data and workflow tools including Snowflake, BigQuery, Spark, Kafka, Airflow, and MLflow.
- Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Proficiency with Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with the ML/DS lifecycle including feature generation, training, deployment, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Understanding of generative AI, LLMs, RAG architectures, and agent-based systems.
Details
- Work mode: remote; San Francisco Bay Area candidates require working from the Palo Alto office 3 days a week (hybrid).
- Compensation range: US locations $160,000-$200,000 + equity; San Francisco, New York City, and Seattle $190,000-$230,000 + equity.
