Overview

Pre-sales Solutions Architect responsible for designing and positioning enterprise networking and wireless solutions across Aruba, Juniper, and Ruckus environments.

What you'll do

• Gather business and technical requirements with sales teams, partners, and customers.
• Design campus LAN, WLAN, branch, and WAN solutions.
• Deliver HLDs, LLDs, BoQs, PoCs, and architecture documentation.
• Present solutions, demos, and architecture walkthroughs to customers.
• Lead technical responses for RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
• Coordinate handovers with professional services and deployment teams.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and delivery teams.

What you'll need

• 4–6 years of experience in pre-sales solution engineering.
• 6–8 years of experience delivering enterprise networking and wireless solutions.
• Expertise in switching, routing, wireless, security integration, and SD-WAN.
• Knowledge of Aruba CX, Juniper EX/QFX, Aruba wireless, and Ruckus wireless.
• Experience with RF design, site surveys, capacity planning, and Wi-Fi security.
• Strong TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, ICMP, authentication, and access-policy fundamentals.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent qualification.

Nice to have

• Aruba and Juniper OEM or vendor-neutral certifications.
