Overview

Solutions Engineer (UK) for Grafana Labs, supporting customer-facing technical engagements and helping translate customer needs into solutions using Grafana technology.

What you'll do

• Partner with Sales to articulate the Grafana value proposition to customers.
• Own technical engagement with customers to help close complex opportunities.
• Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers.
• Drive product conversations based on customer needs and problems.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide product and competitive feedback.
• Create enablement materials such as documentation, blog posts, videos, and knowledge base articles.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience.
• Ability to handle various and complex assignments requiring strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership.
• First-class written and oral communication skills for remote-first collaboration.
• Ability to articulate the value proposition and technical advantages of products.
• Love solving technical challenges and bringing creative solutions.
• Technical mindset and desire to grow technically.
