Solutions Technical Support Engineer

Overview

Solutions Technical Support Engineer to support Flexera and Snow product portfolios by resolving technical issues and answering product questions.

What you'll do

• Provide technical support via chat, email, phone, and screen-sharing for customers and partners.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues in customer environments and internal lab setups.
• Collaborate with global support teams on knowledge sharing, known issues, and troubleshooting best practices.
• Manage and prioritize case workload with updates and SLA-based urgency.
• Create and maintain Knowledge Base articles for faster resolution and prevention.
• Coordinate with Product Management and Engineering on defects, product gaps, and enhancement requests.

What you'll need

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Prior experience in Application Support or Application Management.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365.
• Experience creating, maintaining, and improving technical Knowledge Base content.
• Hands-on administration and troubleshooting of Windows, Linux, and Unix systems.
