Principal Support Specialist

Overview

Provide application support to existing customers for the implementation, use, and functional operation of Logi Analytics’ products.

What you'll do

• Assist customers across implementation, use, and functional operation of Logi Analytics products.
• Support interaction between the Logi platform and client environments.
• Establish and maintain working relationships with internal teams including product management, engineers, and support staff.
• Maintain current functional and technical knowledge of the Logi Analytics Report product.
• Manage and drive competing requests across simultaneous client engagements.
• Provide clear product feedback to product management based on customer requirements.
• Document best practices for developing and deploying Logi Analytics solutions.

What you'll need

• Working knowledge of client-side rendering technologies such as Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of modern database systems including SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Ability to write SQL queries.
• Basic networking skills, including understanding operating systems and OS security interactions.
• General knowledge of RESTful API interaction and communication.
• Experience with IIS web server setup and configuration.

Details

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or similar, or 5+ years of relevant work experience (preferred).
• Additional skills listed: MVC5/WebForms/EntityFramework; C# and .NET Framework/.NET Core; Azure/AWS; Docker; Linux; Kubernetes; ability to replicate issues from customers.
