Source to Pay - Ariba - Tech Senior Professional (SAP CoE )

Overview

This role provides expert-level functional and technical support for SAP S/4HANA Source to Pay processes, with a primary focus on SAP Ariba, SAP Procurement, and integration with S/4HANA in the Sustain Operations environment. It supports process improvement, system stability, solution optimization, and enterprise-wide SAP S2P objectives.

What you'll do

• Understand business requirements to design and deliver the appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with ITS, GBS, Enterprise Excellence teams, and external parties to deliver appropriate solutions to the business.
• Oversee tracking and resolution for production support issues.
• Ensure timely delivery of business-as-usual enhancements.
• Manage escalations and provide regular status updates to project leadership.
• Evaluate and implement new processes and tools globally for the Procurement function.
• Support existing processes and platforms deployed globally.
• Meet project objectives and milestones considering planned resources and deadlines, approved project scope, and requested quality of project deliverables.
• Identify risks and take corrective action where applicable.
• Meet project-related targets and service-level agreements for production support issues.
• Drive solution design and delivery with minimal involvement of the stream lead.
• Interact with business and technical teams and identify and resolve process issues.
• Travel according to business need and accommodate different time zones as required by projects.

What you'll need

• Any Graduate/MBA.
• Up to 10 years’ experience in a relevant area.
• SAP Ariba functional consulting experience with P2P process knowledge, including Ariba Buying & Invoicing and Catalogs.
• Hands-on technical experience and the ability to perform all project activities, including configuration.
• Understanding of cloud procurement.
• Experience integrating Ariba and S/4.
• Technical knowledge of Ariba Buying & Invoicing, Catalogs, and S/4HANA P2P processes.
• Experience with technical customization and debugging in S/4 ABAP.
• Hands-on experience integrating Ariba with S/4 and S/4 with third-party tools.
• Ability to interact with business and technical teams and identify and resolve process issues.

• SAP PI-PO integration knowledge will be nice to have.
