Specialist 3 – Concurrent audit, FS - Internal audit services, Advisory

Overview

Specialist role in internal audit focusing on concurrent audits of bank processes and controls, including trade finance, treasury, credit, KYC, and remittances.

What you'll do

• Execute reviews of bank processes and controls as part of the audit.
• Adhere to RBI regulatory guidelines and internal policies and processes.
• Identify control gaps, process inefficiencies, and non-compliance instances.
• Draft audit issues with clear articulation of risk and recommendations.
• Maintain workpapers of test procedures to meet quality standards.
• Document findings and propose recommendations addressing root causes and organizational impact.
• Assist with timely task completion, client deliverable development, and status reporting.

What you'll need

• 1+ years of experience in internal audit or process audit concepts and methodology for banks.
• Strong understanding of banking operations and the regulatory environment (RBI guidelines).
• Experience with trade finance, treasury, credit/loans, KYC, and remittances.
• Analytical thinking with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and report writing skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) / Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) education qualification.
