Specialist - Accounting Operations

Overview

Supports the accounting operations team by creating strategic project documents, researching routine problems, and coordinating with IT and user groups on system enhancements.

What you'll do

• Create strategic documents including project business cases, assessments, communication plans and detailed project plans for use within project teams.
• Conduct research of routine and ordinary problems and recommend solutions to provide tactical analysis associated with projects.
• Review system enhancements and upgrades to ensure their easy transition to team use.
• Communicate with IT and user groups to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
• Observe projects as assigned in order to understand the project structure.

Details

• Hybrid work: colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week.
• Office-based teams identify at least one anchor day per week on which the full team is together in person.
