Specialist, Client Engagement Services

Overview

Client Engagement Services (CES) Specialists provide service by engaging directly with clients or internal stakeholders across Gartner to coordinate requests with Gartner Business & Technology Insights Analysts.

What you'll do

• Interpret client needs and identify the most relevant Gartner Analyst to fulfill the request
• Provide research and resources to business leaders to help improve their businesses
• Partner with internal stakeholders on client needs
• Read industry research and develop understanding of complex topics
• Provide executive level customer service
• Build strong working relationships with the Gartner Business & Technology Insights Analyst community and receive unlimited access to all Gartner research content

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in proactive problem solving with complex scenarios
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Analytical mindset
• Strong business acumen
• Great written and verbal (live) communication skills, able to adjust style based on audience
• Technologically savvy: able to quickly learn new systems and tools
• Works well in team environment
• Growth mindset with self-starter attitude
• Strong interest in business and technology along with a willingness to learn
