Overview

Assistant Project Manager for MEP Project and Development Services, working with the project manager or senior project manager to drive project success across small and major projects.

What you'll do

• Take ownership of small projects and support major projects as a leader on the project team.
• Manage the organizational structure for each project, ensuring reporting, communication and working procedures are streamlined and clear objectives are in place.
• Attend project meetings and create project-related reports, analyses and reviews.
• Forecast project expenditure and manage project budgets effectively.
• Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients by identifying their needs, requirements and constraints.
• Introduce potential prospects to other JLL business lines and build client relationships.
• Manage project revenue and payment cycles to avoid bad debt.
• Manage professional consultants for project design and documentation.
• Carry out contract administration of all vendors in accordance with legal requirements.
• Identify project risks and implement measures to mitigate them.
• Keep health and safety and sustainability front-of-mind on all projects.
• Help drive effective use of JLL technology platforms to deliver projects.

What you'll need

• A degree in any property-related discipline.
• At least three years of experience in design, construction or project management.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
