Specialist, Engineering Services - Assistant Project Lead - Services Engineer - Electrical

Overview

Assistant Project Lead (Services Engineer, Electrical) responsible for on-site electrical execution, testing and commissioning, troubleshooting, and quality and safety compliance on real estate projects.

What you'll do

• Manage MEP/electrical contractors and review shop drawings.
• Ensure site compliance with Indian and international safety codes.
• Oversee energization, testing, and handover of electrical installations, transformers, switchgears, and power distribution systems.
• Diagnose complex site failures, manage corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans, and resolve client or consultant technical queries.
• Enforce adherence to local electrical inspectorate norms, earthing standards, and site safety policies.

What you'll need

• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• 8 to 10 years working with real estate developers, EPC contractors, or heavy industrial/building service firms.
• Deep expertise in HT/LT distribution, panel design (APFC, PCC, MCC), cabling standards, and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems.
• Vendor management, team leadership, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional coordination.
• 8-10 years of experience in hotel, mixed use project, retail and commercial.
